If you love local art as much as we do (and we know you do), then your plans include Shop Local Saturday, November 28. Following the Black Friday phenomenon, Shop Local Saturday, or Small Business Saturday, was introduced by American Express to help small businesses attract supporters of local during the holiday madness. Where Y’Art believes in the power of the community — the idea that we are stronger as a whole than our individual parts — so we’ve put together a list of our very favorite art markets in the City, where you are sure to find a special something for every one on your list. Support New Orleans artists this gift-giving season by shopping our list of local markets, chock-full of original and one-of-a-kind works of art. Be sure to tell ’em we sent you!
